Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support.
Products are eligible for a 100% refund(shipping not included) ONLY IF THEY ARE UNOPENED, in original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs up to 10 EUR.
If you have received a product that is damaged immediately notify us and it will be replaced, in that case we are responsible for all shipping costs.
Products not eligible for return, replacement or refund:
* any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence
* items received free through promotions or sales
The customer assumes responsibility for all returned products up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via carrier with tracking is recommended.
